This is a day by day view of our course. In addition to the assignment, I have tried to give you an estimate of how much time each assignment would take. Remember we say the average week is 10-12 hours of "engagement." In some cases, the assignments will take minutes. In other cases, depending on how far you want to stretch yourself and the degree to which you are a perfectionist, the assignment might extend beyond an hour. The important thing is to enter this course with a spirit of exploration and curiosity so that you can create resources that will be practical and immediately useful to you and your teaching.
You will note that I have scheduled a few Elluminate virtual office hours. These are completely optional, so feel free to drop in to the Elluminate session at the appointed time if you have any questions or concerns you would like to discuss. I will generally stay in the session until someone shows up or until 20 minutes have passed, whichever happens first. If nobody has joined the session after 20 minutes, I will exit the session, so if you do want to visit me during the optional session, please be there as close to the start time as possible. If you have never used Elluminate before, I highly recommend you visit me during an office hour before the mandatory Module 4 session. That way you can make sure you know how to use Elluminate before you have to use it.
